Positive: Booking.com double booked my stay so the host Harly and his wife were very kind to find me other accommodations in the city. He paid for that night for me and was helpful in bringing baggage in for me. I visited the place, saw that it looked comfortable but of course could not stay as Booking. Com had booked somebody else there, though I had booked and paid 3 months earlier. It was not Harley’s fault.

Negative: Booking. Com should never have double booked this place, leaving an elderly woman tired and without a place to stay as the sun set.I am grateful

Positive: Nice and quiet location.

Negative: I didn't expect to be in student housing and having to share a kitchen with about 10 students. Air conditioning was set at 18° and the sheet and bed cover weren't enough at night.
