Positive: Comfortable warm room Great location Reception very friendly

Negative: Completely disorganized staff in the bar area Breakfast was warm at best and coffee cold No water pressure in room 9 shower House keeping very noisy from 8:30am The house keeper entered the room with no knock and no apology

Positive: The room was lovely, clean and cosy. Bed was comfortable. The food in the restaurant was amazing (best part of the whole stay).

Negative: There was a mirror in the bedroom however it was behind the tv so I had to move the tv to get ready / do my hair (needed to be near a socket). Also the tea / coffee tray I had to take out the unit and sit on the floor next to a socket to plug in the kettle…a bit odd. Also, my husband had issues with shower temp, it wouldn’t go hot enough and he tried to turn down then back up but it wouldn’t let him so he couldn’t finish his shower as water was cold. So, full length mirror next to a socket for getting ready, tea tray near a socket so you don’t have to move to plug kettle in and maybe raise temperature of shower if possible. Aside from this the stay was really good / we enjoyed it 😊

Positive: The staff - All of them - are amazing. Cheerful , courteous, professional and helpful. The bedroom. The way our dog isn’t just tolerated, but made a huge fuss of by the staff!

Negative: PLEASE provide usb ports in the rooms, especially beside the beds. It’s a Huge problem when you need to charge hearing aids, as well as mobile phones.
