Positive: Location, 10min walk to Alton Water, lots of great routes to take. Staff, all great, always welcomed us with a hello and a smile. Food, great value great simple pub hub but done with next level.

Negative: If I had to be really picky, the tv wasnt a smart tv. But honestly it was nice.

Summary: Will definitely stay again.

Negative: The door to the room opened up onto the beer garden which is fine, but there is no window in the room so had to leave the door open for ventilation at night.

Positive: Location was perfect for visiting my mom in same village. Quiet area. Could not hear people in the bar.

Negative: Room too small for my 10 night stay,and did not like the door opening up to the beer garden. Needs a privacy fence.

Positive: The room was nice and clean.

Negative: The food. Too expensive for the quality. £18.50 for a small fish and chips, which I think were frozen . £18.50 for not so nice burger and fries. We then ate at a different pub and the food was superb. Sorry.
