Positive: Great location , comfortable bed -slept well.

Negative: Understaffed & inexperienced staff in bar and restaurant. Disappointing feature room- 4 windows all permanently covered as very overlooked so no views and dark in the room. Sink tap very stiff and open shower without screen meant whole bathroom floor got wet. Limited breakfast choice- only fruit for 3 mornings was watermelon and no marmalade!

Positive: The rooms were good and big in size, the breakfast was decent.

Negative: The staff especially front desk and the overall service was not up to the mark and least unexpected. There is work going on at the hotel and there are no proper signages even that tells you how to reach the reception. We asked the bell boys for a lift to reach the first floor because my mom couldn't climb the stairs and the lift was a good 1 km walk and some of the staff surprisingly didn't even know how to reach the lifts.

Negative: The renovation works were very noisy and even after we complained about the noise, we were not offered for our room to be changed. The staff was not very friendly.
