Positive: Super clean , friendly staff, great food choices. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff if required.

Negative: Access for motability scooter into the disabled room was blocked by fire extinguishers in the way. I had to remove them each time to get the chair in and out of the room. The edge of the mattress is too soft for disabled people to get up and out the bed and no railing by the bed to assist in this. The toilet disability hand rail was broken.

Summary: Impeccably clean, fantastic staff, Great food with lots of choice.

Positive: Friendly and welcoming staff, everything was explained before I was located to my room. Meal in the evening was lovely, again staff were extremely welcoming and willing to make my stay enjoyable. Upon entry to the room, aircon was on and the room was lovely and chilled. Beds were comfortable, TV was adequate, the only minor issue that I had was that the pillows although looked plumpy were actually really soft.

Negative: No sugar with the tea/coffee.

Summary: pleasant, clean and tidy.

Positive: Easy check in, polite professional enthusiastic staff. Safe and 2 pm, check in to hotel via keycard. Bedroom v clean. Overnight other guests respected quiet. Easy departure early independent on line check out. Very good attached pub for good standard of evening meal, in its simplest form.
