Positive: The owners. Very friendly and helpful- tells us about the tram app for our phone which also included bus. £10 all day we were up and down the promenade getting off and on wherever we went.

Positive: Exceptional hotel, really lived up to the Boutique name. Exceptionally well finished, fantastic facilities, amazing breakfast & Fiona was fantastic, warm host. The whole experience was literally faultless.

Positive: The host was fantastic; polite, friendly and very welcoming throughout the entire stay. My room was exceptionally clean, presented to a very high standard and comfortable. The host has recently decorated; everywhere in the hotel was well presented, fresh and cleanly.

Negative: The shower door was difficult to close, but didn’t affect my ability to have a nice shower.
