Positive: I booked the Kingfisher Granary last minute as my daughter who lives in Bexhill had her baby. I was delighted with the cosy accommodation and it was also dog friendly. We had a lovely walk over the fields one afternoon to take in the views. Everything you could need plus lots of extras supplied by Emma and Ian the hosts.

Negative: Nothing.

Summary: Just perfect .. home from home.

Positive: The hosts, Emma and Ian, were welcoming and friendly. A welcome pack of both food, drink and many toiletries was a lovely touch. The property itself was comfortable, clean and really well laid out with everything needed for a self catering few days. Would definitely recommend to couples wanting to explore the South Coast.

Negative: The only little thing we would change is the fence around the decking area as it obscures the lovely views.
