Positive: Great location for exploring the island. We stayed in a 2 bedroom bungalow. Over all this was good except the below

Negative: however as they are independently Owned ours lacked some basic requirements like laundry liquid, ice making trays. It was wet the whole time we were there so 1 towel each didn’t cut it, unfortunately any extra towels or if you need to change sheets , we did due to our toddler spilling something will be charged( a lot) my biggest gripe of the resort was the staff I can only describe the average level of staff as clueless and apathetic. There was perhaps 1 or 2 exceptions. This started with checking in not available at the specified time( we had been there for 7 hours in the restaurant) Other staff interaction varied from rude to just plainly average. We. Had to cancel whale watching due to sickness in children. This was agreed by manager. However getting the refund was like getting blood out a stone. 8 calls and emails they finally did it a few weeks later. I would sum up the resort a a big money grabbing experience. They could really work at making the guest feel welcome. But unfortunately felt like being part of a tourist trap.

Negative: The size of the resort. It was very cold in the main building including restaurant. Rooms not serviced unless you asked. Only one coffee machine in the restaurant so usually a queue. No itemised bill on checking out so no opportunity to discuss charges.
