Positive: The location is wonderful, the building is beautiful, the lobby has a great atmosphere, the scent is pleasant, and the furniture is comfortable.
Negative: The staff was mostly pleasant, but nothing extraordinary. The waiters were pushy and overly eager at the Grill Room Restaurant, trying to push us to order more and even openly asking for a tip.

Positive: Legendary hotel with amazing service. Waking up to that stunning view of the old city has been a real pleasure. My personal highlight was the Grill Room - I was seated at the bar and spent an unforgettable night with great drinks, delicious food and good company - the staff made sure that as a single traveller, I felt very welcome. If you‘re there, try the Tartar, the Denver Cut and a „Naked and Famous“.
Negative: The TV could use an upgrade. The international channels are great, but it would be nice to have a streaming service available. The WiFi also didn‘t really reach the balcony. However, these are minor details, everything was amazing.
Summary: Stunning hotel that lives up to its reputation.
