Had an issue with my room I waited until the morning and the lady light skin with glasses.. remember this lady she is professional.. very helpful she help me with the issue very professional.. second time at this hotel very safe parking $25 per day but there is plenty of parking outside.. overall good hotel but great staff.

Summary: So I love the room and I love the property. The only thing I have to complain about was the resort fees that they did not disclose to me and I asked them. Would they be any additional fees a week before my trip? They said no then as I was checking in, I asked them would there be any additional fees or resort fees and they said no that it was only gonna be $125 for parking After I checked out they charge my car $325 unexpectedly and did not disclose this information beforehand when I ask them twice
