DESCRIPTION:
My family has been vacationing here since 2011. It is one of our favorite places in Napa Valley and a great home base for whatever plans you may have, or to simply stay around the resort and relax. I have a studio available with one king bad and a pull out couch. Has washer and dryer in unit.
The studios are all identical outside of occasional bottom floor ADA access and whether there is a king bed with pullout or two double beds. I cannot guarantee a floor. The decor has also been updated to blue from red. We have rented this room style dozens of times over the years at Bottlerock and most of the reviews are from those stays. The shuttle makes it very convenient and easy to get to and from the Bottlerock venue.

RENTAL PROCESS
Full payment due upon reservation and I'll give confirmation that date requested is available. Once the reservation dates and details have been agreed to, a Paypal invoice containing the rental terms will be emailed to you. As soon as your full payment has been received, the reservation will be placed in your name and confirmation emailed to you. Please purchase travel insurance as necessary.
OBLIGATIONS OF RENTER
You agree to abide by all rules and regulations of the resort during your stay. You agree to maintain the unit in the same condition as it is at the time of check-in, except for normal wear and tear. You agree to pay for all incidental charges imposed by the resort, including:

* Other charges of the resort for services or the use of facilities

Summary: It’s the perfect place to stay for Bottlerock, great accommodations, shuttle to and from the venue and they have a kitchen if you need a midnight snack. My only complaint is it’s clear they cut corners when they built this property, there are about 500 light switches that operate lights in rooms they aren’t in, the under sink area doesn’t fit a garbage can and the soap holder in the shower is overly slanted so the soap constantly falls on the floor. That being said, totally worth it, great place to stay. We even found a running trail nearby!
