Positive: Everything was perfect. We were very welcomed, everything was very good organized, lots of activities for kids, nice swimming pool for kids. Great rooms with separate kids bedroom

Negative: I would be nice to have an option to pay less when opting out for the lunch. We were at the slopes during lunch time and it would be not convenient and waste of time to get back for lunch and then get back again. So we simply didn’t have lunch at the hotel but paid for it

Positive: Incredible staff (helped us with bags exchanges), nice food, the sauna area was superb and also the beds very comfy! Shuttle service to the ski cable car was a plus!

Positive: Friendly staff go above and beyond. I love the fact that the owners are so involved and personally handling our questions, needs etc; Great food; Smooth transfer to the skiing area; Hotel is small enough so that everything was within a few steps. Really nice sauna area; Nice playground outside. Indoor playground (kids club) really nice and sufficient to get the energy out of kids before sleep.^ Access to ski depot right at the main ski lift - very convenient.

Negative: I'd suggest more veggies for kids buffet. Would be great if sauna space is closer to the pool and we don't have to pass the bar on our way to the pool. On the other hand, it's not a big deal, as the atmosphere at the hotel is like home. lack of snow :)

Summary: We had a great stay at the hotel - expectations exceeded.
