Positive: The property was so well equipped. The location is just the best, the hot tub, the garden space, the rooms, everything was great! When we contacted Neil during the stay he was extremely responsive and helpful.

Negative: There was literally nothing I disliked! If I had to pick something it would be the hanging/wardrobe space but it really didn’t cause any issues.

Summary: We had the best time and are already booking for next year!

Positive: Spacious for a large group both inside and outside. Well equipped kitchen. Exceptional decor and design throughout. The hosts have made the property an experience rather than just another weekend stay. The location opposite the beach is fabulous and the large garden with room for relaxing in and for children to play is great. Nice touches like quality soft bedlinen and eco friendly refillable shower gel/washing up liquid / hand wash was appreciated. The hosts had excellent communication throughout and were aware of one or two issues to which they alerted me prior to arrival. Extremely comfortable beds

Negative: The interesting shower in the bathroom with the shower curtain. Not ideal to have to squat / kneel down for a shower

Positive: Kinara is a gorgeous property with plenty of space. Beautifully furnished and very well equipped. Excellent location in Camber. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it was the perfect place for a group of friends to get together to relax and catch up. Thoroughly recommend this property at any time of the year.

Positive: The location opposite the beach is amazing. There is loads of space for a large group - loads of seating (inside and out), parking and massive garden. There is a brilliant snug area the kids loved. Also the hot tub was a hit.

Negative: There was a major issue with damp in the back bedroom (we had a child in our group who 2 weeks before had been in hospital for 2 days following an asthma attack, so we were particularly sensitive to this). The walls were wet, and black damp marks on the curtains and wall - we would have appreciated being warned about this. The overall cleanliness of the plates / kitchen drawers / utensils was not up to scratch - and we all missed a proper mug rather than a metal beaker and the worn plastic champagne flutes were a let down to toast mum's 80th. The deck feels spongey and like it might give way.

Summary: Fantastic location, great amount of space for groups, good communication-but house needs attention

Positive: The location was superb. Very close to the dunes and beach. The hot tub kept everyone occupied when it drizzled. The children enjoyed the garden and play equipment. The BBQ area was situated in a lovely sunny area of the large garden. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped although a non stick pan would have been helpful when frying eggs and pancakes. The house easily easily big enough for the 9 of us. Parking was spacious.

Negative: The lay out of the house was rather strange. A layout of the floor plan is included in the info so you are forewarned. Using copper pipes for toilet roll holders and towel rails in the downstairs bathroom was not to our taste but it was functional and unusual. The large floor lamp in the upstairs bedroom Was very dusty but the rest of the house was clean. The door on the right hand fridge did not close properly. When we arrived, there was a puddle on the floor where the ice around the ice box had melted. Luckily, kitchen towels were provided so it was easily cleaned up. The fridge door not closing could be an issue in hot weather/ long stays.

Summary: A great venue for a family gathering with easy access to Camber dunes and beach.
