Positive: The hotel was fabulous. The staff were really friendly. We booked dinner in the hotel. It was expensive but worth the cost. Our table had a card welcoming us to the hotel in Irish which was a lovely touch. The food was delicious - the variety of seafood was amazing and it was great to try things we wouldn't have had the chance to. We had a drink outside in the foot onsen and it was just so relaxing. We didn't use the main onsen but I had a quick look in and it looked really relaxing.
Negative: Next time I would try to be more organised to book earlier and get a room with a view.
Summary: Lovely hotel on Miyajima
