Summary: Our stay was top notch from start to finish. We came to Pigeon Forge to play in the Ripken baseball tournament and stayed with another family (4 adults, 5 kids). We had plenty of space and everyone was more than comfortable. Plenty of beds and bathrooms to go around and the kids loved having the indoor pool to play in and the theater room to hang out in at the end of the day.The house was in immaculate condition when we arrived. There were QR codes with the house guide attached to it on how to work the AC, hot tub, door codes, etc. that made it convenient for all of us. The back of the house has a scenic view that is perfect for coffee and sunrises and plenty of shade in the afternoons. We also really enjoyed the short walk to the community pool and lazy river when we had a free afternoon. The house is perfectly located (in my opinion) in the middle of town, about 5 minutes max from the main drag. Everything you would need or want to do in town is just a short drive away.10/10 would stay here again!

Summary: Wonderful stay in super clean cabin which had everything we needed to make the perfect vacation memories !! Owner quickly responded to some of our minor issues and the communication was great. The kids enjoyed the pool, hot tub and movie room and kept everyone busy having fun. In addition they just opened a wonderful water park area complete with outdoor movies and splash pads that everyone enjoyed. Very beautiful and well thought out and planned for a perfect vacation !

Summary: We had a great experience at Le Bon Temps! We had family from 2 years of age, all the way up to 85 years of age. The house is perfect for a large group of diverse ages. The kiddos could be loud and enjoying a swim in the indoor pool, while meanwhile the grandparents were napping on the main floor. And oh my, the location is perfect! Rabia is an excellent host! We will be back!
