Summary: Yes, the room was spotless. That’s one thing we noticed. The staff was very courteous from the desk to the workers in the casino. The restaurants were very clean and employees were very friendly and polite. Thank you for a great time!!

Summary: Yes the room was spotless and it was service daily. I especially like the toiletries (soap, lotion, etc.) in separate containers. I hate the ones stuck on the wall which drip all over and can be contaminated by weirdos pouring unknown liquids into those dispensers. The staff were lovely, and the TV worked easily. We'll come again!

Summary: I had a great time at this casino-hotel. The check-in was easy, and the staff was very courteous. The place was clean, and the room was really spacious. There are many restaurants to choose from, and the food was great. There are free soda machines around the casino. I would suggest getting a Players Card when you arrive to help accumulate points. I definitely will return.

Summary: The rooms were clean and well maintained. The temperature was comfortable, towels were good quality and clean. Staff was helpful and polite. Breakfast was at IHOP, staff was good on time, food was well prepared and served prompt.
