Positive: I loved staying at Kibas Hotel. It is a very comfortable and new hotel, with very modern facilities. Breakfast provided is delicious, and the staff at breakfast make amazing coffees - perfect if visiting for work and start your day in the best manner. In fact, all the staff working at the hotel is highly professional and helpful, which made a big difference. The bed and rooms are very comfortable, clean, well lit, and quite spacious. The internet is very reliable. I would recommend Kibas Hotel to anyone visiting Bishkek, it is such great value for money!
Negative: In generally I thought everything was perfect, but because of the location not having that many nearby restaurants, I would suggest to provide some options for dinner for guests staying at the hotel. I used to order via Glovo every night, and it was ok, but given that their breakfast was so good, I would have liked to also have the option of having dinner at the hotel, even if a small healthy menu of soup and salads. Another suggestion would be to clean all rooms by default each morning, including those without a “Please make up my room” sign. Sometimes I forgot to hang the sign before leaving for work and then had to ask for my room to be cleaned when I returned. The staff were always very pleasant and helpful, but in general, I would suggest cleaning all rooms unless a “Do not disturb” sign has been displayed.

Positive: Property seemed recently renovated, but was done in a rather spartan way
Negative: It was ok. My first room didn’t have running water (?) which was very concerning. Staff moved me and it was ok after that. The location is a bit far from the tourist attractions and not near much else on a busy road. Next time I’d stay closer to the center
