Positive: We booked this with less than an hour before checking in due to leaving our original accommodation in Khao Sok which was terrible and the staff could not have been more attentive! From the moment we arrived we were met with friendly smiles and taken to our room. It had a fabulous view of the jungle and river and was very quiet except for the noise of animals which we loved! The food was incredible and freshly made, both breakfast and dinner. They arranged onward travel to our next destination and one lovely lady member of staff took us in her own car to be picked up at the main road. Loved our short and spontaneous stay, would definitely visit again. Good value for money

Positive: Amazing staff, so friendly and helpful with arranging anything we needed, tours, taxis, ideas of what to do. I would stay here again just because of them! The rooms are lovely, a little on the smaller side but you don’t need much. The balcony and view makes up for it. Breakfast was also amazing, coffee, juice, fresh fruit, and lots of options to choose from, same for the dinner menu as well.

Negative: The shower was a bit hard to get it to stay one temperature, it’s either boiling hot or not at all, very hard to find a middle. Other than that the location was a bit far away so definitely need to have a car or bike

Positive: The location was beautiful, right in the middle of the jungle with all villas offering great views of the mountain and river. As well as the building and location, the staff are what really made us love our stay. The ladies were so amazing, always going that extra little bit to make sure you have the best experience possible. As a family, having support like what they offered was honestly something we’ve not experienced much. So thank you ladies, you made our anniversary so, so special!

Positive: Wow it's just a paradise The view from bungalow on jungle The silence Big park on the territory of the hotel In this season there is nobody. The staff is awesome. They treated me as a princess The manager is full of kindness helped me to book a tour in a inconventional way. The room is so clean The restaurant is not expensive and very good ! I loved all food.

Negative: Pay attention the bed is really hard. It was very inconfortable till I fell asleep on 4 pillows and 2d duvet under me. The room is little but it's ok i managed to put my luggage anyway. The shower water need a time to get warmer. But all this is nothing compared to the service. View. Beauty of this place

Positive: Great view from in bed and on deck in the rooms. Wonderful shared lounge area overlooking the river.

Negative: Bad mosquito but we were in rainy season. No animal or bird life around as it was drizzling most of the time. Path prob fine in good weather but steep and slippery access to the rooms in the drizzle. The driveway is ROUGH but luckily we were in a SUV.

Positive: Listening to the sounds of the jungle while drinking a great cup of coffee at the resort's restaurant. Waking up in the morning in front of the river. The staff was very kind.

Negative: The resort is located inside the forest so you nead to consider it when planning your stay. I recommend a private car if you come here. The fan at the balcony wasn't working.

Positive: Beautiful hotel with the most amazing staff. Beds were super comfy!

Negative: Room is pretty small, there was just about space to put our bags down but after that there was nothing between the beds and the door. Had a few issues with the road down to the property but that was more because of the drivers than the hotel.

Positive: The staff was really friendly, very helpful and attentive, and they helped organise all of our activities. The surroundings are amazing and waking up in such a natural environment is something to remember. You have many breakfast options and the food at the restaurant is top-notch.

Negative: The rooms are a bit small, but you won't be spending much time in them any way .
