Boat charters and rentals are plentiful in the area, or bring your own boat on our 42’ dock (additions dock fee applies). Fly above the water on a para-sail, ride the waves on a jet ski, or kayak in our neighborhood canals that lead directly to the open bay!
Key Breeze Retreat is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2nd story elevated home with an open floor plan with sliding doors and bay windows allowing you to enjoy the water view from the living room, kitchen, and dining room! This open floor plan connects to the next living area, and our favorite part of the home, a 32’ by 12’ covered deck that overlooks the 70’ foot canal! Enjoy an early morning coffee with the sunrise, and afternoon and evening ocean breezes under the shade after 12pm. The deck is equipped with a gas fire pit table and conversation seating for “cold” winter nights, and dual rocking chairs for your lazy enjoyment. The 70’ wide canal is one of the premier canals in Key Largo. A 5 minutes boat ride with million dollar views leads you right to the open bay! Once in the bay, Adams Cut is a 1 minute boat ride away, which gives you convenient access to the ocean side. The location is impeccable and fulfills all your boating needs!

No worries, enjoy the therapeutic spa located on the ground level of the home, a relaxing kayak ride through our wide open canals, or fish right of the dock and reel in catch after catch! Summary: Rey is so nice and goes out of his way to answer questions and make sure you are happy. The house is beautiful. We loved the outside deck of the home, the barbecue and dining table below the house, and the spa. The location is perfect. It's very close to John Pennekamp State Park, two supermarkets, and all of our favorite restaurants. We would highly recommend this beautiful home! Thank you Rey for sharing your home with us!

Summary: The property was immaculate. We enjoyed kayaking in the owner provided kayaks. The water in the canal is crystal clear- like watching fish in an aquarium. We enjoyed sitting on the covered deck. Good location to explore all the things the keys have to offer and everglades and biscayne national parks.

Summary: Cross Key Waterways is as close to a perfect vacation rental as one could ask for. Immaculately maintained, nicely decorated and equipped with dishes, linens, etc. of higher quality than usually found in rentals. The website pictures do not do the house justice as to how nice it is. The covered porch is particularly nice for enjoying the warm Keys weather! This was our fourth year in the keys and this was by far the nicest house we have rented and have made arrangements to return next year - perhaps the best recommendation for any rental.

Summary: We stayed five weeks and did a mix of vacation and working remotely. The internet was fast and reliable, which made working stress free (even with 4 people connected). We particularly enjoyed working on the covered deck, so we could enjoy the weather and the view. The home itself is exactly as pictured. The space is very functional and has plenty of room inside and out. The furnishings are very homey and comfortable. It felt like home. While we were there, we took advantage of kayaking in the canal and even saw manatees! We had never seen them before and have them come by in the canal was really special. We didn’t see Dolphins, but the neighbors reported seeing them some mornings. It was usually before we woke up. :) Key Largo is a great place for water lovers. Tons of seafood restaurants. We went scuba diving many times and also rented a boat one day, which was a great time. We took the boat the mangroves and we’re able to stop at the house and park it at the dock for lunch. The hosts were very thoughtful and communicative. You can’t go wrong picking this rental. 10/10, would recommend!

Summary: I can't say enough good things about this property. I would give it more than five stars, if I could. We rented for a month; worked for 3 weeks and took one week vacation. Four of us worked remotely at the same time and we never had a single issue with the internet. The property was clean and the canal was full of life; we had dolphins come through on more than one occasion and a manatee. We also fished off of the dock almost every day. All of the neighbors that we encountered were very friendly. We look forward to booking this home again in the future. Rey was always available to answer questions.

Summary: We (two adults in our 30s) stayed at this property for more than a month for a mix of a vacation and working remotely. We only have wonderful things to say about the house!! It has everything you'd want for a relaxing vacation in the Keys and I can't recommend it highly enough! We took a chance on the house since it was a new listing when we booked it, and it's the best rental property we've stayed at in a long time. Right when we pulled into the house we were really impressed! The house really shines with its outdoor space!!! We spent hours outside each day on the upstairs patio area that overlooks the canals. At night, we used the grill (which was brand new) and sat out in the large area underneath the house / large hot spa. The inside of the house is very nice! The living room is really large with comfortable couches, plenty of seating, and a nice tv. The kitchen is well stocked with pots/pans/dishes/everything else you'd need. And the bedrooms/bathrooms are exactly what you see in the pictures plus there's a washer/dryer connected to one of the bathrooms so it's really convenient. There were just two of us, but if you have kids or guests the house can definitely accommodate more than that comfortably! In terms of the location, it's in a quiet neighborhood one minute off the main road. There are a ton of restaurants/bait shops nearby, a supermarket within 5-10 minutes, and a lot of water sport/tour options which we took advantage of to go snorkeling, fishing, kayaking, and more. We also drove to Key West for a weekend which is only 2 hours away. It's on the canal and they provide multiple kayaks which are great to take out around the canals. We also sat outside on the large dock and saw a bunch of dolphins and manatees. While we wish we could've just hung out and relaxed in the keys the whole time, we were working remotely. We asked Ray, the owner, about the internet beforehand and he was absolutely right that it was high speed and could easily handle video calls while someone else was streaming tv. I've been in other rentals where that's not the case, so if you have to do any work, this house was great for it! Ray was extremely responsive both before I booked and also got back to me in minutes whenever I texted him. Super friendly and helpful if you ever need anything. There were no surprises here. The house was well represented on its profile and was a great spot to spend 5 weeks!! Thanks for having us Ray! Adam

Summary: First off let us give our thanks to the owner. He reached out before our stay to make sure we had his contact info if we needed anything and he made us feel very welcomed. The place was very clean and had everything you would need for a stay in a home. Plenty of outdoor seating, grill and a large boat dock. Location was great for us, you are in the center of Key Largo, with plenty of great dining. Larger beaches are down in Islamorada, 15-20 min south. We would recommend this property to anyone wanting a nice, clean place in Key Largo.
