Positive: The property was incredibly spacious, and Kevin maintains it beautifully. It was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed. Kevin went above and beyond, he provided taxi numbers, tea essentials, and the comfiest robes. We were staying here for a wedding, and honestly couldn’t rate the property highly enough. It was absolutely gorgeous!

Positive: The house exceeded our expectations. It was easy to find, quiet and secure, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Kevin was an exemplary host. We had one query during our stay which he dealt with immediately. It was dog friendly and secure.

Negative: The village was extremely quiet and had few amenities to offer. There is no shop/supermarket in walking distance. Own transport essential.

Positive: A Hidden Gem in the Hidden Heartlands 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this house in Keshcarrigan. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The property was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay — from a fully equipped kitchen to cosy bedrooms with fresh linens. The location is just perfect: peaceful, scenic, and with lovely walks and a charming village atmosphere. The marina is about 200 metres from the top of the road, and it’s also a great base for exploring the surrounding countryside and nearby towns, such as Lough Key, Glencar Waterfall, and the floating boardwalk in Drumshanbo. Kevin was incredibly friendly and helpful, and check-in and check-out are very convenient. We can’t recommend this place highly enough — it’s a real gem, and we’ll definitely be coming back!
