Positive: Good location in the city center, however paid parking (note garages nearby close at 19.30!!). On the street NO possibility to park. Hotel really looks ugly on the outside but the rooms seems recently renovated, but basic. Good shower! Price is good. Breakfast options nearby.
Negative: Note there's no reception, the girl that handed over the keys doesn't seem to speak German. Small towels, in 3 days not changed. It was really hot when we stayed here (30 degrees), room #8 is top floor (no elevator). With open window (view on a ugly building) we had the problem with the church that starts ringing the bells at 6am...every 15 minutes....at 7.30am for some 3 minutes. Hardly any soap, we had to buy ourselves. Communication upfront really good, however Yesterday 2pm request still no response (27 hours later).

Positive: Wir haben eine Nacht in diesem Hotel verbracht. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch das Zimmer war schön renoviert und die zentrale Lage direkt am Marktplatz ist definitiv ein Plus
Negative: Wir hatten den Eindruck, dass die Renovierung noch nicht ganz abgeschlossen ist. Im großen Badezimmer fehlen beispielsweise Haken in der Nähe der Dusche, um Handtücher aufzuhängen – das wäre im Alltag deutlich praktischer. Außerdem ließ sich das Badezimmerfenster nicht öffnen. Nachdem wir den Duftspender ausgesteckt hatten, weil wir davon Kopfschmerzen bekommen haben, war leider ein unangenehmer Geruch aus dem Abfluss wahrnehmbar. Insgesamt steckt Potenzial in dem Hotel. Mit ein paar Verbesserungen könnte der Aufenthalt noch deutlich angenehmer werden.
