Positive: The hotel is located in a nice and quiet area. We loved the view to Pamukkale and the balloons. The attraction is in a walking distance and also some shops, restaurants and a bakery are just around the corner. We parked our car very close to the hotel. The host, Hasan, was very friendly and helpful. Very good value for the price.

Negative: Some improvements can be done in the room.

Positive: This hotel is a perfect place for a quiet family vacation. The location is just 5 minutes walk from the Pamukkale south entrance and has an amazing view from the rooftop terrace. Hasan is an amazing host, always friendly, helpful, and fair. He did everything possible to make our stay pleasant and great.

Positive: It’s a simple hotel and the bed was comfortable. The room is also spacious enough and has a small balcony where you can see the hot air balloons in the morning and a small portion of the travertines. The terrace upstairs where the restaurant is also has a good view of the travertines and the hot air balloons. Sadly I didn’t get to try their breakfast as there seems to be no one at the restaurant during my stay. The hotel is also very close to the South Gate entrance- it’s about 7 mins walk. There is a small bakery nearby that sells fresh made breads and they taste really good!

Negative: Not that I didn’t like but more like I didn’t feel like the staffs were keen to help- they were not rude or anything, just indifferent. Probably because it’s low season? I don’t know. The reception is also most of the time empty. They did however lend me a hand with my luggage when I arrived as it was raining heavily and lend me an umbrella. Not really a big deal, just be confident enough to ask.
