Positive: I appreciated the warm and friendly staff, as well as the wide selection offered at breakfast. My stay was very comfortable, and I highly recommend this hotel—particularly for anyone attending an exhibition at the International Centre.

Negative: In my opinion, the laundry services were a bit expensive.

Positive: Excelent choice if you want to visit the New Expo Center with direct access to the entrance. We stayed in the club floor and everything was perfect. Very good breakfast and business facilities. We will certainly stay in Kerry hotel again in our next visit to Shanghai.
