Positive: It’s a lovely place to stay and the owners are very friendly.

Negative: There is no plug to charge Phones (if have I didn’t find it), so bring power bank if you can.

Positive: Loved the different scenery, nice hut and quite spacious, place was very tidy and bed was nice and comfy. Facilities were nice, we had equipment for things we needed, (cups, bowls, logs for fire etc). Loved that we got some sliced carrots to feed the lovely wee sheep and goats, also we're given some eggs to take home. Brilliant wee family or couple getaway.

Negative: Only downside to the place is there is no electricity to charge phones etc although it was still a good experience and kept us away from technology and made us socialise more which is what we needed.

Positive: The tent/yurt was lovely, bed was really comfortable. There are beautiful views too.

Negative: There is another property - a Shepherd’s Hut - on the same site about 100 yards away, which isn’t obvious from the listing. The shower appears to be shared, and potentially the toilet too (although there is another outhouse on the site).

Positive: Had a great stay at Kerrib Farm - was great to turn off technology and enjoy some family time with nature and board games! The goats at the bottom of the garden were a highlight for all!

Negative: Would recommend a battery powered fan in the hot weather as the tent gets very hot in the sun but not a fault of the owners at all

Positive: Very cute & cosy yurt. Nicely decorated, clean, loved the fairy lights. Very comfortable bed & sofa. Peaceful location. Friendly host. We loved meeting and feeding the goats, and especially loved meeting their pet lamb! (So very friendly!) Best part of our stay! Appreciated some carrots being provided to feed the goats, and the offer of fresh eggs. Nice get-away from everything. Towels, lamps and eye masks provided. Clean drinking water available. Very nice place!

Negative: Listed that there were kitchen facilities but there wasn’t any, just a sign saying ‘coming soon’. Was a BBQ but we arrived late and didn’t want to use the BBQ. Some cooking equipment but if used had to wash them in the shower. There was a kettle in the yurt but needed to light the log fire to use it, but it was a hot sunny day so the yurt was far too hot, so we couldn’t light it. No access to electricity so unable to charge anything, not ideal for us as we were relying on our phones for maps (so had to go find somewhere to charge our phone the next day before we could go anywhere).

Positive: It was a very unique experience. Beds were so comfortable and the Yurt 🛖 looked so cool. Very warm and games for the kids to do. The colours were fabulous
