Positive: Of all the hotels visited in Albania, this one had the most service oriented staff - everyone from reception to the bar to the cleaners were really friendly and actively ensuring you were having a good stay which was really refreshing. The views are absolutely stunning - sitting looking down on the valley over breakfast or with a drink in the evening was so memorable.

Negative: Not being in the centre of town means you have to find parking to visit the castle, museums etc which was tough. However the hotel were wonderful at arranging a taxi to both drop off and pick you up whenever you needed with a fixed €5 fee each way which made it very reasonable. The outdoor jacuzzi needs to be heated to be enjoyed!

Positive: The service, the food, the location, the pool, amazing views. Stayed 2 nights here and loved it. My favourite place to stay in Albania. Will definitely come back here. A must visit if you are anywhere in Albania.
