Travel Purpose: leisure

Negative: Unfortunately, I had an unpleasant experience regarding privacy. A staff member used my private phone number, which I had only provided for the booking, to contact me later on WhatsApp for personal matters unrelated to the hotel. I consider this a serious breach of privacy and completely inappropriate. While the stay itself was fine, this behaviour left me feeling uncomfortable and has affected my overall impression of the hotel.
