Your group will enjoy your vacation by staying at our beautiful five bedroom and 4.5 bathroom house. Everyone will sleep comfortably in our beautiful home built January 2016. Each bedroom has privacy and has new amenities throughout the entire home. We are located just a mile from Fox Hollow Farm. Prepare your favorite meals with our all kitchen an open floor plan great for entertaining. Beautiful outside eating area under covered porch with ceiling fan. Pool with soaking deck is right out back with lots of seating around pool. Privacy and view of farm on an acre lot. 10 minutes from Norton Commons eating and shopping area. Top rated golf course across the street from our neighborhood. Bourbon distillery and Hermitage Farms Barn 8 farm to table restaurant both 10 minutes away with tours available. 20 miles/30 minutes from Churchill Downs. 3.5 miles/8 minutes to Interstate 71. Airport is 21 miles/27 minutes.

Summary: Can’t say enough good things about this property and the property owners! Incredibly hospitable and super easy to communicate with. Location was great. Very nice quiet neighborhood. Easy to get to Churchill Downs and a variety of distilleries. The house itself was really nice and the backyard and pool are amazing! We spent a long weekend with our parents for their 70th birthdays and they and the grandkids all had a super fun and relaxing few days together!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home nestled in the country. Just a short drive to grocery store and food options. This was a perfect fit for our group of 5 couples for the Kentucky Derby. We enjoyed the patio and pool as well, with large open living space on the main floor. Our host Melissa communicated very well leading up to our stay and during our time there. The house was decorated for the Derby and great attention to all the details. Will stay again!

Summary: Our family travelled to KY for some much needed family time. This home was perfect and easily accommodated 6 adults and 4 children. Everyone commented that this home truly made us feel welcomed and that they felt that they could really relax. Summary: Greatly enjoyed our stay in the Louisville horse country. House is new, designer quality and every room is well appointed - just like the pictures. Plenty of room for large group/family. Great location/surrounding area with easy access. Outdoor area also great and spent a lot of time on back porch enjoying the view. Tons of birds - hummingbirds, cardinals, blue jays, etc. and very peaceful. Melissa was a great host, flexible, and easy text communication. We had a family wedding in the area, but also enjoyed golf courses, downtown, Churchill Downs, etc. We have rented many homes on Homeaway and this one is very highly recommended.

Summary: Pool table and ping pong table and mini side by side basketball make this place so much fun to stay at. Great sound options for music, great tvs for watching movies and shows, and a great backyard for Frisbee and boccee ball. Amazing back porch with fan to enjoy a hot day on. Very clean, and nice condition rooms. Perfectly sized kitchen and open concept. Thanks Melissa!
