Positive: The room was lovely, very traditional and with an unexpected balcony. It was cozy and warm too. The location was excellent, right in the heart of things, close to shopping, restaurants and bars as well as the lake and castle. The staff were so nice, friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Free parking was great, close to the hotel and completely secure. We parked there on the first day and walked everywhere within the city. Perfect. Excellent value for money.

Negative: The breakfast was limited.

Positive: Our stay at Kentriko Hotel was overall pleasant. The room was clean and nicely decorated, and the central location is very convenient — you can explore Ioannina on foot without needing a car

Negative: The mattress was not very comfortable, and the bathroom is built under the staircase, so you can easily bump your head while showering. The sink was also quite small and low

Positive: The two large double beds we had are own room each .. the bathroom ..the location .. breakfast service ..although we did not use it this time . A concierge service is available to park your car once you have unloaded

Negative: Just be aware on a Friday or Saturday night there is live music and singing near to the hotel but it was not unbearable
