Positive: The hosts were very responsive and the apartment was clean (immaculate) and comfortable. Easy to park right outside the door and was close to where we needed to be. I would definitely book again and would recommend this place to friends. The facilities were also perfect for us.

Negative: It was all good, however the memory foam pillows on the bed were super hard (we are not used to them) so that was the only very small point for us.

Summary: Immaculate property, convenient location and great communication from the hosts.

Positive: A nice well kept property, with a dedicated off road parking space, close to shops and amenities. Access was simple and the owner communicated with me regarding my questions. Overall very happy.

Negative: There was no AC as advertised, but Booking.com contacted the owner who apologised and brought two fans to the property immediately which solved the issue.

Summary: Good value, clean, well equipped nice property.

Negative: No bathroom toiletries or washing powders supplied. Most travellers expect that to be supplied when paying good money for accommodation, whether basic or more upmarket. Not an unreasonable expectation if it's advertised as having a private bathroom and washing machine. Location is in our opinion nowhere near a beach. Exaggerated advertising.
