Summary: Overall a great house! There were 14 of us ranging in age from 1 1/2 to 93! House was comfortable and there was tons to do: the pool, pickleball, a well equipped game room, kayaking and more. The week flew by!

Summary: 3 generations of family from CT to FL came together with local families to enjoy a beautiful spacious home to celebrate Thanksgiving. There were wonderful spaces for children to play, private spaces for needed quite time (elders) and a lot of fun things to do for the millennials. One of the elders has Parkinson's with mobility issues and was able to get to different areas of the house and property to enjoy family. We had a wonderful time in a lovely home.

Summary: This is a well kept and spacious property. Perfect for a family reunion. Plenty of things to do nearby or via day trips to DC, Baltimore, Annapolis, and the Eastern shore. The two game rooms were crazy fun. We enjoyed the provided kayaks as well as the massive backyard for frisbee and family activities. Possibly our best house for 20 years of reunions.

Summary: We booked this home for a family vacation and were mostly pleased with the location and amenities. It's well stocked and there are lots of things to keep kids occupied. My only complaint is the listing showed 1 king and 3 queen beds. It's more like 1 king and 3 full size beds. A couple adults slept in the bunk room with the kids. Overall however, a lovely home.
