The residence has a decor of natural timber and rock features throughout, with an earthy theme for a romantic or relaxing stay whether it be summer or winter and the seasons in between.
Enter the ground floor to the large master bedroom that has its own ensuite, both with rock and timber features with WIR and 2 decks.
First floor feature the main living area with stone fire place and cathedral ceilings giving open space that leads onto a deck and BBQ. Beautiful full size kitchen with breakfast bar.
The loft upstairs with second bedroom with 2 single beds and lounge area.

Summary: Gary was a fabulous host who always communicated promptly with us. The property was just as described. It is in a fantastic location across from Koala Kafe, the caravan park and the beach. The bedding was comfortable and the kitchen was well supplied with utensils.

Summary: Fantastic place to stay. Place was lovely and clean, loved the decor. Rooms were spacious and it had a great feel. Close to beach and river walkway. Koalas were spotted in trees just outside each day of our stay. Also saw kangaroos on reserve nearby.

Summary: We loved our stay here! The downstairs master suite is really pleasant and the wood fire, lounge and kitchen are snug, cosy, comfy and well appointed. Our kids enjoyed being up in the loft! Having koalas in the trees outside was amazing, and the walls in the area are fantastic. So well positioned for the walks, the beach, the cafe… right in the thick of things yet still private and tucked away. Gary was really excellent to deal with.

Summary: I loved Kennett river. It is absolutely gorgeous with abundant wildlife. Gary was a great host and provided us with a lot of information about the rental and things to do. His property is very close to the beach and even had a koala in the tree next to the rental.

Summary: This was our second time staying at this gorgeous property and we enjoyed it even more than the first time. Very comfortable, well appointed house, quiet, feels like home. Perfect location. We did see koalas nearly every day, from the deck. Thank you.

Summary: We loved everything about the bnb. Within minutes of arriving we saw a Koala in the garden of the property. The location of the bnb could not be more perfect, minutes walk to the Cafe, the river for fishing and the sea. We highly recommend this bnb.
