Negative: Within night electricity in my room was switch off and emergency lighting switch on . My sleep was interrupted. Early morning 07.30 any workers started assembly any podium at the front of my room with noise.

Positive: My room was cleaned while I was out because I put the request on the door notice. this worked really well and I appreciated it. The room was right near the pool so that was extra nice! Pool was amazing, large and at points its 2.2m deep so you can have a proper swim! The atmosphere once you got inside the hotel was very good.. Quality of bed and room was great.

Negative: the WIFI process was blocked by my phone and my colleagues phone. so it obviously needs to be easier to log in to. It can still be secure but must be easy. The breakfast needs to be on a written menu in English. Its not self serve so don't know what you are getting and the staff didn't understand English, even though they made a good attempt to try. the air conditioning and lighting in the room was complicated to work out.

Positive: Very well located hotel, outside of the city but in the middle of nature. Well designed and very comfortable rooms, staff exceptional friendly, breakfast excellent, food very well.

Positive: The location is peaceful and surrounded by greenery. Room service quality is genuinely excellent

Negative: It’s quite noisy around the area due to construction, a match, and people walking through the garden, even though we booked an executive room. Also, the room doesn’t get dark enough for a comfortable sleep
