Summary: Best hotel !

Summary: I requested an accessible room, but the access was inaccessible. The level path was no where near parking. Also even though they recycle water, having to run the water for 10 to 15 minutes to get hot water was not pleasant. The staff was wonderful, the setting beautiful, but I was not aware the area where the beautiful pool and Jacuzzi pictured were was under construction. Dreams of a lovely soak in the spa didn't happen. As an alumni of Cal Poly, I know you can do better.

Summary: I was on the bottom floor and it smelled a little dank and moldy, and the floor moldings in the bathroom were separating from the wall. They need to dehumidify the bottom floor and upgrade the mo moldings. Location is good, but the room is average at best.
