Positive: Location was good, near Glimmerglass State Park. Very quiet, no traffic.

Negative: No place nearby to eat, but found a couple, a few miles away.

Positive: Descent coffee and coffee maker in the room Nice fridge and microwave . Clean bed and nice sheets

Negative: Tiny room. No contact check in. So no lobby. So no amenities. No breakfast. No ice. No restaurants within walking distance Tiny room. Bed up against wall because of space

Positive: The Beds were amazing and everyone was friendly.. very accommodating.

Negative: The floor was a bit damp and it smelled a hint of mildew but they said they were getting ready to do some remodeling .. even this I didn't mind that much. I've stayed at worse places..

Positive: It was practical, quick drive to Cooperstown. Clean, small (which is fine with me). I only stayed one night. Fridge and microwave helpful. Online comms were helpful.

Negative: No nightstand, I pulled over desk chair to serve as one. Soap was provided, not shampoo - would be fine if noted, but I'm used to shampoo provided. Certainly not a big deal.

Positive: The staff was quick to respond to communication.

Negative: The first two rooms we were assigned smelled of smoke and pet odor. The third room was better, but still smelled of cigarette smoke. There are chairs right outside each room with ashtrays overflowing. The smoke probably comes into the room through the windows. If the motel had not been nearly empty, we would have been stuck in a very stinky room. Thankfully they had rooms available and were able to switch us to one that was not quite as bad. One of the rooms (King bed) had one side of the bed completely up against a wall, which would have been very difficult to get out of. There was also no nightstand and nowhere to plug in a cpap machine in the King room.

Summary: Staff was friendly and I wish them the best, but we won’t be coming back
