Summary: First time in Hawaii and this rental was amazing. Had all the beach gear and clean rooms with beautiful beach view !

Summary: We stayed at the Kaanapali Shores Resort and had a wonderful vacation. KBMs check in process was very simple and easy and we were able to access our unit with a door code, without having to check in at front desk which was very convenient. They provided pack and plays, high chairs and everything we needed for traveling with children. The unit was extremely clean and felt that kbm made sure to go out of their way to make the trip go smoothly. The check in check out process was clear and easy. This was our first time using KBM and we will definitely be booking with them again.

Summary: I can't imagine finding a better a location and accommodation than this for a stay in Kaanapali. Plenty of room for 5 adults, beautiful grounds with two pools and a fun bar/restaurant. Oceanside complex and all you need for provisions right across the road. Loved it!

Summary: Bummed there were no coffee starters for at least the first morning. I didn’t find an info binder on the dos and don'ts or anything about the place. The cable was shut off after the first day. The property managers were very attentive and restored cable that day and made other small repairs. The screen wouldn’t stay on track, constantly came off. Because we booked through the owner we couldn’t partake in any resort activities, only the ukelele lessons which my son loved.

Summary: Only down side was that we were told parking for 1 vehicle was included yet the resort made us pay. Overall, phenomenal experience!
