Positive: The cottage itself is very nice and cozy.

Negative: Check in process was a bit difficult and not clear. Also I thought I pay automatically through the booking website once I book it, but i was told in the conformation letter in small letters I pay on site which made it very uncomfortable.

Positive: Cottage are so nice and warm location, unfortunately wasn’t snowing, clean ,

Negative: They have an issue with the hot sink in the shower suddenly during shower frozen water fall , we were upset no hot water was in the bath , we used the kettle for shower!!

Summary: Nice cottage but no worth it in December as no snowing and hard to use the hothub and the fire ,temperature was -16

Positive: Beautiful cottages at the foot of the mountains. Soaking in the spa/hot tub was a dream. Nice property and many interesting things around, but you really need a car to explore the area. The kitchen was well appointed with all cooking supplies needed, and oils and basic spices.

Negative: The toilet was constantly running/leaking into the bowl which made a loud sound. The sofa bed (2nd full bed) was very uncomfortable in our cabin, and would not lay flat. My son had a hard time sleeping on this bed. Our friends stayed in the cabin next door and their sofa bed was much better. They also had a rollaway single bed. So each cabin is not exactly the same. Overall, the caretaker and host were helpful, heated the shot tub each night, and we had a beautiful stay.

The place is very peaceful, clean, and well-maintained, and the atmosphere around the resort is calm and refreshing. The location is excellent for anyone who wants to enjoy nature, scenery, and a quiet retreat.
