Negative: Refurbishment is needed. We were told it is scheduled. Suggest that you check before you book. You are on the grounds of Maisi restaurant so staff and diners are always around.

Positive: The view of kazbegi mountain. The location was very nice with a view of Tritity church, Stepandsminda and Kazbegi mountain. The hiking in the area is awesome! The living room was nice

Negative: The walls were very thin and the stair was a bit loose. Also the shower window was to the terrace of the restaurant which was a bit awkward.
