Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The flat ist super clean and has a very nice design. The owner lives upstairs and is very kind. The instructions the owners sent me beforehand were very helpful, however it would be great if there would be an english Version too (maybe translation with an AI?). The flat has its own parking spot and the small private garden with the jacuzzi is just perfect. The location is good if you want to use the flat as a base for your hiking adventures. There are some hypermarkets within 15 minutes radius. It is very good that you have a washing machine and everything you would need. All-in-all I would and maybe will come again!

Negative: The location is very calm, however the flat is in a wooden building and sound isolation is basically non-existent. The owner did not disturb us, however on Friday, the neighbours next door were partying until 5 in the morning. The location itself can be a bit scary for first as the road is not very good and you can see garbage and old cars/parts everywhere next to the road. An other thing one must mention is the insects. As the Appartment is directly next to a sugar cane field, cockroaches can come in under the balcony door, if you do not bring your food rests into the big container in front of the house immediately. Do not understand wrong: this flat is one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed and has no insect problem! Just follow the instructions the owner send you before!
