Positive: Great hotel with incredible hosts and staff. As a foreigner in Gokçeada it is hard to communicate with most people, but the owner spoke English well and was beyond hospitable. The hotel has a great inn / camp relaxed vibe, with a pretty and quiet garden. The breakfast was formidable, a lot of vegetarian / vegan options. The owner greets you there every morning, offering help and information, which further highlights the amazing services of this place. We went there as a couple and enjoyed our stay greatly, but I believe it would be the best place for families looking for a stay on the island. The centre is within 10 minutes of walking, so you are close to everything, but far enough from the noisy evenings.

Negative: The only criticism I would add is that the fridge was very old and did not work properly, although we did not ask the owner about it as we did not need it; and the internet is unstable / very slow at times, we could not watch shows sometimes on our laptop.
