Positive: This hotel exceeded our expectations. The location is stunning, with absolutely beautiful sunrise views. Everything was great, but what truly stood out was the staff. Everyone was brilliant and genuinely seemed happy working there, and that positive energy was felt throughout our stay. This was not only true for the front office team, but even the gardeners were incredibly kind and friendly, which really enhanced the experience. The hotel clearly takes good care of its staff, and that care is reflected in the way guests are treated. We loved our stay, enjoyed the classes, and would definitely recommend this hotel

Positive: The location is amazing, with the view of the Himalaya ( even from the Sauna and Jaccuzi) The villas are beautiful and comfortable The stuff is very responsive and kind The food is tasty Yoga class and meditation by the Gurugi were complimentary and very professional and generous! Had also great massage

Positive: This place was an absolute dream, such a wonderful place to disconnect and relax for a few days. Even though we went out of season and the views/sunrises weren't entirely visible, the setting was still spectacular and highly recommended. The food is great and the rooms are really comfortable, while the wellness offering is great. But the best thing about this place is definitely the staff! They were so friendly, helpful and welcoming, and they made our stay so relaxing, thank you to everyone at Kavya! We will definitely be back.

Negative: Nothing. They are expanding the hotel and making a zen garden, so it will be even better!

Perched at an altitude of 2,100 meters, the property offers stunning panoramic views that will remain etched in memory. What truly sets this place apart is the genuine warmth and hospitality of the management and staff, led by the exceptional General Manager, Mr. Sudesh, whose attentiveness and professionalism ensured our stay was flawless.
