Positive: Convenient location, shower water pressure was excellent

Negative: Old and outdated building. It was hard to find the entrance. The door was located on the courtyard side, which is hard to find once it's dark, which was, of course, not mentioned once booking was placed. The apartment was clean and tidy; however, it was noisy as we could hear constant noise in one utility cupboard and also a very loud dehumidifier running through the night. Very small and outdated towels, which were hard and smelly.

Negative: Neighbours seem unfriendly but it doesn’t interfere with the living conditions

Positive: Nicely decorated.

Negative: The access is not very obvious. Also, the yard can be muddy during wet weather. Sliding door of the bathroom doesn’t give a decent privacy.
