Summary: First, the code we were given didn't work. We didn't have the phone number of our host (all previous hosts have provided their number in case of issues like this.) After being contacted via VRBO, the hosts were able to re-load our code and it worked. Upon entry we noticed a mold smell and saw a large circular stain on the living room rug. The kitchen floor needed to be mopped and the backsplash was unwashed. In one of the bathrooms there was something left in the toilet. Need less to say, we did not stay. I am giving a rating of 3 because they were quick to offer a full refund.

Summary: Taryn is the best host, we've booked this home repeatedly for a work crew and the guys have all commented on how great it has been to stay there, very relaxing and accomodating after a day at work

Summary: Work crew stayed here during an out of town project. They were very happy with the accomodations and commented how much nicer and spacious this stay was over a hotel room.The host was great to work with, I would definately book again for a work trip, or even for a family getaway to Sedalia.

Summary: In town for work, had a furnace issue, responce was prompt and we had the issue resolved quickly, nice neighborhood close to restaurants and activities, will definitely stay again for future trips.
