Positive: Great location right next to the beach and close to bars and restaurants in town centre. Both the receptionist and the owner were super helpful in recommending places to eat in the evening and also friendly. Offer of fried eggs with the all you cam eat breakfast too. I had a great nights sleep, would highly recommend!

Positive: You cannot beat the location, the views over the harbor from the room are just wow!!! Staff is super nice and accommodating. Breakfast is all homemade and delicious. We stay at least once a year and will continue doing so. Getaria is a must see if you visit the Basque Country and spending 1-2 nights at Katrapona is the best way to enjoy this beautiful fishing village, and one of the best cuisine in the world And don't forget Getaria was Elkano and Balenciaga's hometown.
Negative: Nothing really, my comments are contextual to the category of the hotel. It is beautiful inside and outside, maybe bathrooms need a little modernization but the property is very well aware of it and has a plan. In any case, it is super clean, 'feels Getaria' and you won't miss anything
