Summary: This is a very good.hotel. the staff were extremely helpful, friendly and gave great customer service. The room was clean and the amenities were super good. The hotel gives you bottled water, toothbrush, toothpaste, a comb and a razor with shaving cream. You also have access to face and hand wash, shampoo and conditioner. There is a refrigerator in the room. You have access to a microwave on the 2nd and 4th floors. It's also very quiet throughout the day. The cleaning staff are also super nice, friendly and very keen to detail. There is also a laundry for guests on the third floor. The prices are reasonable. As of thos posting it's 200 yen to wash, 100 yen to dry and 100 yen for detergent. There are plenty of places surrounding the hotel for shopping and eating. One critical point is they do not allow non guest to go beyond the lobby. Also youust leave your room key at the desk whenever you leave the hotel. It can be annoying when you are stepping out for a minutes but it can also be kind of cool reminiscent to the old school hotels. I would highly recommend this hotel for all the qualities it has for any length of stay.

Summary: We had a great experience at the hotel. Although we have stayed here many times before, this was the first time that we really needed a bit of extra help. During the trip, my wife injured her knee and the staff helped us order crutches and get them expedited to the hotel. Great service from a thankful client who will continue to use your hotel while visiting the Tokyo and Noda areas.
