Positive: The room was big, with a seating area with 2 chairs. The room had air conditioning and a fan, which both worked. The staff were lovely and couldn't do enough for us. They sell ice cold 850ml bottles of Kingfisher beer! Breakfast was good. Coffee, toast and honey and omelette. The water pressure is fantastic and there is lots of hot water and a (h airdryer)

Negative: If you have breathing difficulties or mobility problems, be aware that the stairs are steep with high risers and there are lots of them! Bed comfort are subjective but I found the bed too firm and the pillows were rock hard memory foam. The whole place is very old and dated. Metal framed, single glazed, rusty windows with opaque glass made the room feel dingy. The windows didn't close properly. This hotel is in the old town and is very, very noisy with traffic honking their horns continuously. It is a largely Muslim populated area and there were 5 different mosques calling to prayer, which seemed continuously!
