Positive: We could not be happier! Everything was perfect. From the amazingly kind host to the delicious dinner and breakfast to the comfortable beds to the awesome View and excellent stargazing from the Rooftop terrace, we would stay here every time we visit and think that you should too :-)

Negative: Hot water in the shower could have been better. Also there are not charging ports in the rooms.

Positive: Wonderful location, right in the kasbah and an authentic Berber home. Very nice host and staff, who were welcoming and gave good service. Great food - we ate dinner there every night and they varied the dishes each night. Meals were tasty and filling.

Negative: Unfortunately the EFTPOS machine didn’t work (normal apparently - connection is often poor). Recommend bringing cash to pay for accomodation. I had to return the rental car to Marrakech by 2pm and had asked Aziz that we check out by 9am latest. I had wanted time to drive back safely with rest breaks and allowing for photo opps, but we were delayed until 10:30am waiting to sort out payment (I ran into town to withdraw cash) and getting the donkey organised to come and cart our luggage back to the car. He was waiting for incoming customers to bring them to the accomodation. So, instead of a leisurely drive to Marrakech, it was a manic race against time, on wet and slippery roads, getting caught behind slow trucks and congested traffic into Marrakech. We were late 30 minutes after washing mud off the car and refuelling. It could have removed so much stress and waiting around, if we were allowed to pay our bill the night before and arrange the donkey to bring our luggage to the car at a suitable time. Recommend travelling light and just bring necessary items rather than cart everything (we weren’t sure about security of locking up extra bags for 6 months travel but it would’ve been fine locking up in the car in the parking compound).
