Positive: The friendly and helpfull staff, the good food, the hygiëne, the wondeful bed, the clean pool, the location. If you plan a tour, ask for Chandra, he's a great guide. The canoe tour was great, thnx to him. The manager (Manam) was committed to delivering good service. It really is a very good hotel and beautiful.location.

Negative: Nothing. However we've got two improvements we'd like to suggest: the music at the swimming pool is actually taking away a bit of the beauty and disturbing, rather than adding somenthing to the experience (but the staff will turn it off immediately, if you ask for it). The shower would be nicer if there would be a bit more water.

Positive: I loved the nature and aesthetic design of the property. It was pleasing to the eyes and blended with nature. The food was great and the chef was super accomodating and helpful. One thing that bugged me was the risk of mosquito bites and dengue with the open design of the villas. Everything else was amazing.
