Negative: We didn't like the quality of the bedding or furniture. It was stocked with the cheapest mattress, bedding and pillows on the market. The mattress and pillows had been sprayed with smelly febreeze instead of covered with washable pillow liners or mattress covers.

Positive: Felt like home away from home. It was cool that it was an apartment and not a hotel room, the in unit laundry was extremely useful. I had a coke in my bag that popped and got all over my clothes, but was able to clean them thanks to the laundry units. My laptop didn't survive but oh well stuff happens, at least I was able to go to work without cola all over me.

Positive: Beautiful new construction that is spacious, comfortable and clean. 2 bedroom + 2 bath is outstanding value allowing for relaxed accommodations. Full kitchen and very nice pool/outside area.

Negative: On the edge of RiNo district so need to walk to the action. Not a problem if mobile but poor weather or limited mobility could be inconvenient. Lot of construction in the area but that should be temporary. Train is near and could be a bit noisy for light sleepers.
