Positive: Proximity to shops and restaurants. Space was good for our needs. Onsite parking.

Negative: Had some issues with not enough towels, and one set smelled as if they weren’t washed, and no remote. Someone did bring a new remote. We didn’t mention the towels, but confident had we done so, they would have made it right.

Positive: Loved the location. Property instructions were also helpful.

Negative: Photos made the space look much better than in reality. A couple of the dining chairs were broken, the table and bar stools were all scratched up, there was mismatched paint splotches in the master bedroom, paint specks on the hardwood making the floor look dirty, many broken blinds, and the bathroom floors didn’t even have bath rugs. The outdoor space looked cute in photos, but in person it didn’t look to be kept up with. One of the bathroom showers made a loud squeaking noise when turned on, and filled up as if trying to take a bath when just the shower was running - maybe a clogged drain? The dryer was excessively loud even with just a few items being dried at a time. Kitchen knives definitely need replaced. Overall these are just minor things I noticed, but of course all of these points add up to a “not so great” stay overall.

Positive: The location was perfect to Snowflake Lane and I liked the setup of the unit. The rooms were on opposite sides of the apartment and everything was very welcoming and homey. The variety of coffee for the Keurig was nice too as well as having ample space, especially for the price. I also liked that each room had access to their own balcony, that was a lovely surprise.

Negative: The parking was weird and only one elevator worked at the time. It also kept skipping levels, otherwise it was quite nice.

Summary: The beginning of a family tradition for Snowflake Lane.

Positive: The location was great and it was a big apartment. We had a lot of space and really well laid out

Negative: There is air conditioning in the main room which was great. There are fans in the bedrooms but we also brought fans which was helpful as it was very hot during our stay.

Positive: It was clean, comfortable, and close to the dance competition location my daughter was participating at for the weekend.

Negative: It wasn’t the floor plan we thought we booked since we thought the one we selected had a queen bed and two twin beds. Instead, we got a bed that seemed to be a double and twin with trundle. When I inquired about that, I was given the answer that we aren’t guaranteed the room we booked, but one that is similar and available. The representative said the room indeed had a queen and twin beds. I didn’t like that response because if I book a room, I expect it to be the room type I want. There weren’t enough towels & wash cloths for 4 people either. They also use an air freshener in the hallway by the elevator which is too strong. It really bothered me as I’m sensitive to strong perfumes or smells making me cough.
