Summary: Amazing hotel! Excellent location and the staff were so nice and couldn’t do enough for you. The restaurant is also amazing overlooking the river. Will be back for the Christmas markets.

Summary: If you like the room cool in the non-winter months, skip this hotel. The A/C would not go lower than 22.5 degrees even though you can set it at 19...which it never cooled to that temp, even after 2 days with the curtains and drapes shut. There is no phone in the room, you have to communicate via Whatsapp which can take some time. There towels are sparse and thin, and no washcloths. BYO toiletries as there are none if you forgot anything. Also there are no additional locks on the room doors and the access to the stairwells are wide open so literally anyone can walk to any floor. Also the team at the restaurant is quite rude.

Summary: Everytjing was fine, however there was no vanity kit in the bathroom, not even the most basic. There was no bodylotion and no hair conditioner. It reminded me of the times something forty years ago, when there were no such things in the hotels and we had to carry them with us.

Summary: First class hotel in a perfect location, at the heart of everything. Beautiful modern room. I had a balcony, which was well worth the extra expense. The pool and spa facilities are superb for relaxing. Breakfast is unique, with a personal buffet brought to your table plus whatever you would like to order. Helpful staff, lovely common areas. Perfect.

Summary: Set within the walls of the old city and located right at the Hauptmarkt which made it easy for walking the area. Lots of cute little shops, restaurants and gelato shops all around. Several beautiful churches. I thought a free breakfast was included at the hotel but it was not. Lots of coffee and bakery shops available though, even a Starbucks! Bring your own washcloths.
